We will deliver the goods purchased at celltriagen.com in the following ways:
- With LP EXPRESS courier within 1-5 days: delivery throughout Europe. Delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays.
- Via LP EXPRESS Pick up post office within 1-5 days: delivery throughout Europe. Shipments are stored for up to 3 days.
About LP EXPRESS:
We will deliver your parcel to your desired address: to your workplace, to your home or to any other address you wish. If you choose this method of delivery, you must provide the following details: exact delivery address (the delivery address may be different from the Buyer's address); mobile phone number. If the delivery address is in one of the following cities - Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena - you have the possibility to choose the delivery time you prefer. In all other Lithuanian cities we will deliver your parcel between 8 am and 6 pm. The courier will inform you about the expected delivery time in the evening. You will also receive a message before the delivery.
About LP EXPRESS Pick up points:
You will receive a text message as soon as the parcel reaches the post office of your choice. Please provide your exact phone number, as the number you have provided will be the one that will receive the text message with the information on how to pick up your parcel from the post office.
Important!
When you receive your parcel from an LP EXPRESS courier or pick it up at an LP EXPRESS Pick up point, please check the packaging and the goods for any damage. If this is the case, please note this on the receipt and inform us by email celltriagen@celltriagen.com within 2 working days.
